Fiat 2300 S Coupé

The car that launched Fiat in the luxury car sector, it is presented here in a metallic blue color combined with splendid red leather interiors.

The car, originally registered in Switzerland, was imported into Italy in the early 1990s and has had a single owner since then. The car has been preserved in excellent condition in all its parts, the interiors in particular, with attention to every smallest detail, are able to take you back in time; performance, comfort, driveability and reliability still make it an ideal car for long journeys and long distances.

A car that allowed Fiat to establish itself and achieve popularity also in the luxury car sector, the S Coupé version is the evolution of the 2300 Coupé version from which it differs in some interior details, chrome and air intakes.

The Turin coupé did not fail to be admired in the most charming locations thanks to a very personal and pleasant design, signed by Ghia.

Compared to the more austere and traditionalist sedans, the 2300 S Coupé stood out for its third pillar with a negative angle and the rear window divided into three parts: a choice due to the impossibility of creating, using the technologies of the time, a large rear window in curved glass.

Inside, the 2300 Coupés were characterized by a very high quality finishes and features such as air conditioning (optional), the elegant Nardi steering wheel with wooden crown, fine cloth upholstery and electric windows: accessories that at the time were the prerogative of luxury cars. From a technical point of view, note the choice to use a modern load-bearing body solution as regards the chassis, the braking system with servo brakes equipped with discs on all 4 wheels, engine with aluminum head to increase power and manual gearbox 4-speed with overdrive.
